Armed with hand-decorated lanterns, like heroes of our hotel book "Forest Friend", we will organize a Halloween Festival of Lights and set off into the dark corners of the nearby forest to track hidden sweets. Flickering light, the rustling of leaves and a mysterious atmosphere will make every found candy taste even better. It’s an exciting fun for the whole family – full of emotions, laughter, and a little thrill.

The hotel also reserves the right to change the form of meal service due to the number of guests staying at the hotel. The HB stay package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the dinner price: (coffee, tea, still water, lemonade).

Booking terms for stay: Reservations with accommodation must be guaranteed by a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making a preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. If prepayment is not made within the above time frame, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge guests any cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 2 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge guests a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the reservation value. These terms apply to the "Halloween by the Narew" package reservation. The pet stay fee is 100 PLN per day for a standard room and 130 PLN per day for a higher category room. It is possible to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for a fee of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attraction plan. The hotel reserves the right to change the service form. The stay starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you require a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be informed that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, it is necessary to provide the VAT identification number (NIP) before printing the receipt – (Art.106b sec.5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals not conducting business activity.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
