Booking conditions for the stay: Reservations incl. accommodation must be secured by credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of the initial reservation. Hotel may charge the credit card. If prepayment isn’t made within this period, the hotel may cancel. Cancellation 3+ days before arrival: no cancellation fees. Cancellation 2 days or less before arrival: fee = 100% of reservation value. Pet fee: 100 PLN/day (standard) or 130 PLN/day (higher category). Baby cot (subject to availability) at booking: 50 PLN. Hotel may change attractions/activities schedule and meal service format. Stay runs from dinner on arrival day to breakfast on departure day.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please let us know in advance. Kindly note: from 1 Jan 2020, to issue a VAT invoice for the receipt you must provide your NIP before it’s printed (Article 106b(5), VAT Act). Not for private individuals not running a business.
Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 220 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 295 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
