From deep relaxation in the vitality pool, through aromatic rituals in the steam baths, to moments of blissful calm on heated loungers – we invite you on a journey where you are at the centre.

Caldarium

Perfect solution for those who cannot use the treatments of traditional sauna. Temperature in the room is approx. 55 °C, with relatively low humidity. At caldarium, you breathe in aromatic scents, your body gets warm and your muscles relax.

Aromatic steam bath

Temperature inside the steam bath is 45–55 °C and air humidity is approx. 100%. The steam is additionally enhanced with various aromas. It perfectly nurtures the skin, strengthens and improves the physical shape, and also has a slimming effect.

Finnish sauna

A sauna with relatively low air humidity at 5% and temperature reaching 901–00 °C. Visit in a dry sauna purifies the skin and improves microcirculation.

Path of sensations
The vitality pool with water at 36°C and underwater massage effectively relaxes tense muscles, bringing the body into a state of deep relaxation.

After a sauna or steam bath session, the body is cooled and stimulated with Arctic ice and multisensory experience showers, bringing an immediate feeling of freshness.

Perfect rest
The ideal complement to regeneration is a moment of calm on heated stone loungers, which soothe the spine and allow the effects of the treatments to fully settle in.
