Działania CSR - Społeczna odpowiedzialność | Hotel Narvil Conference & Spa

As one of the first hotels in Mazovia, we declared our willingness to host children from flood-affected areas as part of the government program "Green Schools", cooperating in this initiative with the Ministry of Education and the Secondary School Complex in Pomiechówek. We invited over 30 children, giving them the opportunity to rest, recover from the experiences related to the flood, and learn in detail about the daily work of the hotel staff.

Nature has always been the highest value for us - in our everyday functioning we focus on many activities limiting human impact on the natural environment:

during coffee breaks, you won't find water in plastic bottles - instead, you can enjoy clean water from our very own deep well. This is good for your health and the environment.
thanks to our intelligent BMS (Building Management System) using photocells located in the corridors, we only use as much energy as we need, minimizing unnecessary losses. At the initial stage of the project, the hotel was equipped with large glazing - increasing the availability of daylight, which also minimizes our electricity consumption.
we take care of our greenery around the hotel, but we also plant new trees in the area - such as in the green alley in Zegrze.

We organize help for those in need - we organized a charity show "Doctor Dolittle and his animals", from which the full amount from the tickets sold was credited to the account of little Julek Kozłowski, who needs urgent hip surgery and rehabilitation. For the same purpose, we organized a charity auction, where one of the main attractions was ball signed by Robert Lewandowski!

For several years, we have also been helping local youth in a successful start on the labor market. For students of the schools we work with, it is an opportunity to gain first experience in professional work and learn the secrets of the functioning of individual hotel departments during internships. Many of our apprentices, after completing their internships, continue to cooperate as part of their full-time work. Working closely with schools, we also conduct lectures and shows, among others cooking regional dishes to show the advantages of working in a hotel from the most interesting side.

Each year, we support charity campaigns that bring real support to the local community. The entire team is committed to preparing the Noble Parcel for specific people in need in the area, we also cooperate with the Serock staff of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity every year, handing over hotel vouchers for auction - they are always very popular, thus supporting the collection goal.

We support the active lifestyle of the local community by participating in sports events - for many editions the route of the Wojciech Run runs through the hotel premises, and from 2021 also the Serock Triathlon. The hotel employees also take part in the struggle and fun together. We take care of the post-match regeneration of the volleyball players from IŁ Capital Legionovia in Legionowo, providing the players with our swimming pool area. Of course, we also support them by cheering in the stands!
