The HB package starts with arrival-day dinner and ends with departure-day breakfast. The hotel may change meal-service format based on the number of staying guests.
Hotel Narvil Conference & Spa guests staying here may use the pool area free of charge. Poolside changing room available.

Stay booking terms: Reservations including accommodation must be guaranteed by credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the initial reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. If prepayment is not received within this period, the hotel may cancel the reservation. If cancelled 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled 2 or fewer days before arrival, 100% of the reservation value will be charged. The pet fee is 100 PLN per night in a standard room and 130 PLN per night in a higher category room. A cot may be rented subject to availability when booking, for 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attractions schedule and service format. The stay starts with dinner on arrival day and ends with breakfast on departure day.
Please inform us in advance if you require a VAT invoice for your stay. Since 1 January 2020, issuing a VAT invoice for a receipt requires the tax identification number before the receipt is printed (Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act). This does not apply to private individuals who do not conduct business activity.
Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 220 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 295 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
