The hotel also reserves the right to change the meal service format due to the number of guests staying at the hotel. The HB stay package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The price of dinner includes non-alcoholic beverages: (coffee, tea, still water, lemonade).

Guests of the Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel staying at the hotel can use the pool area (there is a changing room available by the pool) along with saunas, fitness room and outdoor gym, recreation zone with table tennis, darts, foosball (available on weekends) free of charge.

Terms of stay reservation: Reservations with accommodation must be guaranteed with a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. If the prepayment is not made within the above period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge guests any cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 2 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge guests a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value. The pet stay fee is 100 PLN per day in a standard room and 130 PLN per day in a higher category room. There is an option to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attraction plan. The hotel reserves the right to change the form of service. The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you require a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be advised that from January 1, 2020, to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, the VAT ID (NIP) must be provided before printing the receipt – (Art.106b sec.5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals not conducting business activity.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
