Tables will accommodate from 8 to 12 persons, ensuring full comfort for all guests. The location of the table in the hall depends on the order of reservations made.
Seats at the table are assigned based on the order of reservations made.
Booking conditions for the stay: Reservations with overnight stay must be guaranteed by a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In case of failure to make the prepayment within the above deadline, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 4 or more days before the planned arrival date, i.e. no later than 27.12, the hotel will not charge guests cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 3 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge guests cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the reservation value. The fee for a pet stay is 100 PLN per day in a standard room and 130 PLN per day in a higher category room. It is possible to rent a baby crib (subject to availability) at the time of booking for a price of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the program of attractions. Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 5 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value.
