For those seeking excitement and wishing to enter the new year with renewed energy, we have prepared safe cold-water swimming in the Narew under the supervision of professionals. A powerful dose of endorphins and body conditioning, followed by warming up around a shared bonfire. Our Festive Farm, meanwhile, is a place of tenderness – encounters with alpacas and ponies guarantee the most beautiful family photographs and authentic emotion, offered only through direct contact with nature.

Terms and conditions for booking a stay: Accommodation bookings must be guaranteed by credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the provisional booking. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. If prepayment is not made within the above period, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. If cancelled 4 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge cancellation fees. If cancelled 3 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value. The fee for a pet is 100 PLN per night in a standard room and 130 PLN per night in a higher-category room. A cot may be rented, subject to availability, at the time of booking for 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attractions programme. The hotel reserves the right to change the service format. The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you require a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please note that since 1 January 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, the NIP number must be provided before the receipt is printed – (Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who do not conduct business activity.
Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 220 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 295 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 5 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
