The hotel also reserves the right to change the form of meal service depending on the number of Guests staying at the hotel.
Weekend dinners (Friday-Saturday) are generally served in a buffet style. On other days (Sunday-Thursday), dinners are organized in a served form. The price of meals includes non-alcoholic beverages: coffee, tea, still water, lemonade.
The HB stay package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Reservation conditions: Reservations with an overnight stay must be guaranteed with a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making a preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. If there is no prepayment within the above-mentioned period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge the guests cancellation fees. In the case of cancellation 2 days or less before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge the guests cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the reservation value. The pet fee is 100 PLN per night in a standard room and 130 PLN per night in a higher category room. There is an option to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attractions plan.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be informed that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice based on a receipt, the NIP must be provided before printing - (art.106b sec.5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to individuals not conducting business activities.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 220 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 295 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
