Booking conditions: Overnight reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the initial reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card. In the absence of a prepayment within the above period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned date of arrival, the hotel will not charge the cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation 2 days or less before the planned date of arrival, the hotel will charge the hotel with 100% of the booking value. The fee for the stay of an animal is PLN 100 per night in a standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. The hotel reserves the right to modify the attractions plan.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 5 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
