The hotel also reserves the right to change the meal service format due to the number of guests staying at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to make possible changes to individual menu items based on availability. The menu is available for the entire table.
Guests of the Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel staying at the hotel can use the swimming pool area free of charge. A changing room is available by the pool.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER:
The New Year's Eve event will take place from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Tables will accommodate from 8 to 12 people, ensuring full comfort for all Guests. The location of the table in the hall depends on the order of booking.
Seats at the table are assigned according to the order of reservations.
Booking conditions for the stay: Reservations with accommodation must be guaranteed by a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. If prepayment is not made within the above period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 4 or more days before the planned arrival date, i.e., no later than 27.12, the hotel will not charge Guests a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation 3 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge Guests a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation value. The fee for a pet stay is 100 PLN per day in a standard room and 130 PLN per day in a higher-category room. It is possible to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for a price of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the entertainment plan. The hotel reserves the right to change the service form.
If you require a VAT invoice for the stay, please inform us in advance. We kindly inform you that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice from a receipt, the VAT identification number (NIP) must be provided before printing – (art.106b sec.5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals not conducting business activity.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 220 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 295 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 5 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
