In the event of cancellation 2 or less days before the planned date of arrival, the hotel will charge the hotel with 100% of the booking value. The fee for an animal stay is PLN 100 per night in a standard room and PLN 130 per night in a room of a higher category. It is possible to rent a baby cot (based on availability) at the time of booking for PLN 50. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attractions plan. The hotel reserves the right to change the form of the service. The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. We would like to kindly inform you that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice to the receipt, you must provide the NIP number before printing it - (Article 106b (5) of the VAT Act). The regulation does not apply to private persons who do not conduct business activity.
Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 190 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 250 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. * The above conditions do not apply to offers from HB and FB. Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
