Warunki rezerwacji pobytu: Rezerwacje z noclegiem muszą zostać zagwarantowane kartą kredytową lub pełną przedpłatą w ciągu 2 dni od dokonania rezerwacji wstępnej. Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do dokonania obciążenia karty kredytowej. W przypadku braku przedpłaty w powyższym terminie Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do anulowania rezerwacji. W przypadku anulacji na 3 lub więcej dni przed planowaną datą przyjazdu, hotel nie obciąży Gości kosztami anulacji. W przypadku anulacji na 2 lub mniej dni przed planowaną datą przyjazdu, hotel obciąży Gości kosztami anulacji w wysokości 100% wartości rezerwacji. Opłata za pobyt zwierzęcia wynosi 100 PLN za dobę w pokoju standard oraz 130 PLN za dobę w pokoju o wyższej kategorii. Istnieje możliwość wypożyczenia łóżeczka dziecięcego (na podstawie dostępności) w momencie rezerwacji w cenie 50 PLN. Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany lub modyfikacji planu atrakcji. Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany formy serwisu.
Jeśli potrzebują państwo fakturę VAT za pobyt prosimy o wcześniejszą informację. Uprzejmie informujemy, że od 1 stycznia 2020 roku w celu wystawienia faktury VAT do paragonu należy podać NIP przed jego wydrukowaniem – (art.106b ust.5 ustawy VAT). Regulacja nie dotyczy osób prywatnych, nie prowadzących działalnosci gospodarczej.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
