The hotel reserves the right to change the form of meal service depending on the number of guests staying at the hotel.
Weekend dinners (Friday-Saturday) are typically buffet style. On other days (Sunday-Thursday) dinners are served a la carte. The price of meals includes soft drinks: coffee, tea, still water, lemonade.
The HB (Half Board) package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Terms of reservation: Bookings with accommodation must be guaranteed with a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days from the initial reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In the absence of prepayment within the above-mentioned period, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will not charge the Guests with cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 2 or fewer days before the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will charge Guests with cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the reservation value. The fee for the stay of a pet is 100 PLN per night in a standard room and 130 PLN per night in a higher category room. There is a possibility to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking at a price of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attractions plan.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be informed that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice to the receipt, it is necessary to provide the Tax Identification Number (NIP) before printing it - (art.106b section 5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who do not conduct business activities.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
