Informujemy, że zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Rady Ministrów z dnia 26 listopada 2020 roku, w hotelu możemy przyjmować wyłącznie Gości przebywających w podróży służbowej.
W tym celu przygotowaliśmy dla Państwa oświadczenie o charakterze Państwa pobytu, które należy podpisać w recepcji hotelowej podczas meldowania.
Jeśli Państwa pobyt ma inny charakter proponujemy wskazanie nowego terminu rezerwacji lub wymiany na voucher z rocznym terminem realizacji.
Hotelowe atrakcje - strefa basenowa, siłownia, usługi spa (za dodatkową opłatą) - są dostępne wyłącznie dla Gości korzystających z noclegu. Śniadania oraz dania z hotelowej restauracji Aruana i Nurt lobby baru dostępne są wyłącznie w formie serwowanej do pokoju.
Do 27 grudnia wykluczamy możliwość płatności za pobyt bonem turystycznym.
Jednocześnie przypominamy, że hotel funkcjonuje w oparciu o wprowadzoną politykę bezpieczeństwa „Bezpieczna Enklawa”, z której szczegółami możecie zapoznać się Państwo na stronie https://www.hotelnarvil.pl/hotel/bezpieczna-enklawa.
Jeśli potrzebują państwo fakturę VAT za pobyt prosimy o wcześniejszą informację. Uprzejmie informujemy, że od 1 stycznia 2020 roku w celu wystawienia faktury VAT do paragonu należy podać NIP przed jego wydrukowaniem – (art.106b ust.5 ustawy VAT). Regulacja nie dotyczy osób prywatnych, nie prowadzących działalnosci gospodarczej.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room. Only healthy animals with a health booklet (up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted at the hotel. In public areas, the owner is required to keep the dog on a leash and with a muzzle. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic outlets (restaurants, lobby bar, club) and recreational facilities (Spa, fitness, swimming pool).
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
