Philosophy

The Aruana Restaurant
is an exclusive à la carte restaurant, with a menu based on top quality regional products and reflecting their seasonal availability. Modern Polish cuisine is the specialty of the Aruana Restaurant — the traditional taste with a new, intriguing twist.

Qualities and flavours

Today, people “enhance” food and products and deprives them of natural qualities. When developing the Aruana Restaurant, we were driven by harmony with nature and return to natural qualities and flavours. We wanted to create a place where each guest may have a moment of reflection during the meal and forget about the fast-running world. The old recipes come back to life with the use of modern processing technologies, making the flavours even more sublime. At the same time, we are not afraid to use new and undiscovered ingredients and combinations.

An award-winning place

The Aruana Restaurant won the first place in all categories of the prestigious Wine & Food Noble Night competition. The prize was awarded by a professional jury including prominent chefs from all over the world and 1,000 guests of the grand gala.

According to the goverment regulations, from October 17, 2020, the Legionowo district is in the red zone - the restaurant is open until 9 p.m.

The restaurant is among very few places which have received a recommendation from Slow Food Polska.

Aruana won the first place in all categories of the prestigious Wine & Food Noble Night festival (2013) and was distinguished with three caps in subsequent editions of the yellow guide Gault&Millau (2019).
