Aqua aerobic
Exercises performed in the water in the form of simple choreographies resembling aerobics. All muscle groups are involved here, while the exercises are very safe and effective. The resistance of the water makes one minute of exercise in the water equal to five minutes of normal exercise on land.

Zipline
Zipline at the Hotel Narvil is 3 exciting descents on ropes suspended between trees over the Narew River at a height of 12 meters. This is the height between the 3rd and 4th floors of the block! An attraction that provides unforgettable adrenaline. It will allow you to "fasten the team", integrate and challenge them, and overcome individual barriers. We provide instructors support. The route is certified, participants are secured - vert voltige, the safest continuous belaying system.
Some attractions are available seasonally.
