The organization and manner of serving meals correspond to the guidelines recommended by MR and GIS. According to the current GIS restrictions, all restaurants in the hotel are closed. Breakfast as part of the package We actively spend cross-country skiing in the "take away" formula, in convenient eco packages - to be picked up individually from the Kaskada Restaurant at strictly defined hours.
Please check the availability of shoe sizes at the hotel reception. The attraction requires an hour reservation.

If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. We would like to kindly inform you that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice to the receipt, you must provide the tax identification number (NIP) before printing it - (Article 106b (5) of the VAT Act). The regulation does not apply to private persons who do not conduct business activity.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
