Zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Rady Ministrów z dnia 26 listopada 2020 roku, do 27 grudnia 2020 roku w hotelu możemy przyjmować wyłącznie Gości przebywających w podróży służbowej.
Cel podróży należy potwierdzić dokumentem wystawionym przez pracodawcę lub przygotowanym przez nas oświadczeniem o charakterze Państwa pobytu, które należy podpisać w recepcji hotelowej podczas meldowania. Warunkiem realizacji pobytu jest również wystawienie faktury na firmę pracodawcy lub Państwa firmę. Do 27 grudnia wykluczamy możliwość płatności za pobyt bonem turystycznym.
Jeśli Państwa pobyt ma inny charakter proponujemy wskazanie nowego terminu rezerwacji lub wymiany na voucher z rocznym terminem realizacji. Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 75 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 150 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. * The above conditions do not apply to the "Autumn Multiatractions for Families" offer in BB and HB options, under which a free stay of a child under 10 is available.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
