The organization and manner of serving meals correspond to the guidelines recommended by MR and GIS. According to the current GIS restrictions, all restaurants in the hotel are closed. Breakfast and dinner as part of the Family on the Narew package are served in the "take away" formula, in convenient eco packages - for individual take-away from the Kaskada Restaurant, at strictly defined hours. Drinks with dinner are charged extra. The package begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The hotel reserves the right to change the menu and the form of serving meals.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
